The 1st amount displayed shows the lifetime revenue of the patient and the 2nd amount displayed the lifetime revenue from the patient's entire family.
This module displays the current outstanding balance due for the entire family. When that module is hovered on is displays each patient and their corresponding individual outstanding amount.
This module displays the lifetime value of the patient referrals from the patient that is calling.
